Terms of Service
The short version
- zkFLO is software. We don't hold your funds, and nobody but you can move what's in your wallet.
- zkFLO isn't live yet. The app runs on a preview with play money, and no real funds can be deposited.
- Once it's live, depositing can lose you money. A proof shows the model ran as committed. It doesn't show the model was right.
- Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Don't use zkFLO if you're under 18, under sanctions, or somewhere it isn't legal.

About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the zkFLO team ("we", "us"). They cover the website at zkflo.com, including the docs, the app at app.zkflo.com, and the zkFLO smart contracts on Robinhood Chain once they're deployed. In these terms, "the pool" means the zkFLO pool and vault contracts, and "the app" means the website at app.zkflo.com.
By using any of these, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
How we handle data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
What zkFLO is and isn't
zkFLO is an ETH/USDG pool on Uniswap V4, on Robinhood Chain. A private model sets the pool's swap fee and liquidity range once an hour, and the vault only applies a setting after it verifies a zero-knowledge proof onchain. The docs describe how it works.
The pool is a set of smart contracts. When you deposit, your funds go into the vault contract, not to us. We can't move them, freeze them or stop you from withdrawing, and no role in the system can.
We aren't a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, fund manager or investment adviser, and using zkFLO doesn't make you our client in any of those senses.
The preview
As of the date above, no zkFLO contracts are deployed and the vault isn't taking deposits. The app runs on a preview: a made-up pool, made-up prices and a wallet with play money. Nothing in the preview is real, has value, or says anything about how the real pool will perform.
The docs describe the v1 design. Some values, such as the length of an epoch, may change before launch. Once the contracts are deployed, the deployed code is what counts. If it differs from the docs, the code applies.
Who can use zkFLO
You can use zkFLO only if all of these are true:
- You're at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You, and anyone you act for, aren't the subject of sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom, and you aren't in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
- Using zkFLO is legal where you live and where you are. Depositing into a pooled vault may be regulated in some countries. Checking that is your responsibility.
If you use zkFLO on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Your wallet
You connect your own wallet, and you alone control it. We never see or store your private keys or recovery phrase, and we can't recover a wallet you lose access to.
Transactions on Robinhood Chain are final. Once a deposit or withdrawal is confirmed, we can't reverse it. You pay the network fees for your own transactions.
Check every address and token before you sign. Robinhood Chain has tokens that copy the names of real ones. The pool only accepts canonical ETH and USDG, and we'll publish the contract addresses in the docs when they're deployed.
How the pool works
The docs give the detail. These points matter most for these terms:
- You deposit ETH and USDG together and receive vault shares. The value of your shares goes up and down with the vault's holdings.
- You can withdraw at any time. You receive ETH and USDG in the proportion the vault holds when you withdraw, which may differ from what you put in.
- Deposits are capped while the pool is new.
- If a proof doesn't arrive within 5 minutes of an epoch ending, the pool runs in Fallback mode (a 0.30% fee across the full price range) until the next valid proof.
- A third-party operator, the Prover, runs the model and submits proofs. A Guardian can put the pool into Fallback mode. Governance acts through a timelock. None of them can move deposits or stop withdrawals.
Risks you take on
Using the pool carries real risk, and you could lose some or all of what you deposit. By using it, you accept these risks:
- Smart contract risk. The contracts could have bugs, even after an audit.
- Market risk. Providing liquidity loses money when the price moves a long way in one direction, and fees may not make up for it.
- Model risk. A proof shows the model ran as committed, on the sealed prices, inside the limits. It says nothing about whether the model's calls are good. The price can leave the range, and liquidity outside the range earns no fees.
- Operator risk. The Prover knows each new setting before anyone else and could act on it. The design narrows this advantage but doesn't remove it. The Prover can also miss proofs. Its bond pays depositors for missed epochs, but that may not cover what you'd otherwise have earned.
- Price manipulation. Someone could trade to move the prices the pool records. It costs them money, but while the pool is small it's easier.
- Token risk. USDG is issued by a third party, and its value or availability could change. ETH's price moves.
- Network risk. Robinhood Chain, its RPC endpoints, Uniswap V4 or your wallet could fail, slow down, change or be attacked.
- Legal risk. Laws and regulations could change in ways that affect zkFLO or your ability to use it.
The Risks section of the docs explains each of these in more detail.
No advice, no promises
Nothing on our website, in the docs, in the app or in anything we post is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or an offer to sell or a request to buy anything. Make your own decisions, and get your own advice if you need it.
Past Receipts don't predict future results. We don't promise any return, and we don't publish backtests.
Fees
We don't charge you for using the website or the app. When the pool is live, traders pay a swap fee. 90% of it goes to depositors through the vault and 10% to the model's author, who pays for proving out of it. The protocol fee starts at 0%, and governance can raise it to at most 5%, only through a timelock. You also pay Robinhood Chain's network fees for your transactions. There's no zkFLO token.
What you can't do
When you use zkFLO, you agree not to:
- break any law that applies to you, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering law, or use zkFLO with funds from crime;
- attack, overload or try to break into the website, the app or our servers;
- exploit a bug in the contracts or the app to take funds or harm other users;
- manipulate the pool's recorded prices or settings, or work with others to do so;
- pretend to be zkFLO or the zkFLO team, or use our name or logo to suggest we're connected to something we aren't.
Finding a bug
If you find a security problem, please tell us privately at [email protected] before you tell anyone else, and give us reasonable time to fix it. Don't use it to take funds. We'll set up a bug bounty with clear rules before the pool takes deposits.
The website and app
The app is one way to use the pool. The contracts are public, so you can also use them directly or through other tools.
We may change, pause or stop the website or the app at any time, with or without notice. We may also block access to them from certain countries or wallet addresses, for example to comply with sanctions. Blocking the app doesn't stop withdrawals, because you can always call the contracts directly.
Information in the app comes from the blockchain and may be delayed or wrong if the network or the RPC it reads from has problems. Before you rely on a number, check it onchain.
Services we don't run
Using zkFLO involves services we don't control, including your wallet, Robinhood Chain and its RPC endpoints, Uniswap V4, the USDG issuer, block explorers and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply to how you use them, and we're not responsible for them.
Our name and logo
The zkFLO name, logo and the design of our website and app belong to the zkFLO team. You can link to zkflo.com and refer to zkFLO by name. Don't use our logo or name in a way that suggests we made, endorse or are connected to something we aren't.
Code we publish under an open-source licence is covered by that licence.
No warranty
The website, the app, the docs and the pool are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they'll work without errors or interruptions, be secure, or suit your purpose.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, the zkFLO team and its members aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the website, the app, the docs or the pool. That includes lost funds, lost profits, and losses caused by any of the risks in section 7, by bugs, or by third-party services.
Some laws don't allow certain liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
If you break these terms or the law while using zkFLO and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that result.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms as zkFLO changes, and we'll have to before the pool goes live. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also say so on the website. If you keep using zkFLO after a change, the new terms apply to you.
General
If a court finds any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about zkFLO.
